Cancellation Policy
All classes and private sessions must be booked in advance through our website, mobile app, or in person at the studio. Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received. You must create an account with accurate contact and billing information to book. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Group Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee or loss of credit. Private Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in an extra fee. Rescheduling is allowed within the cancellation window and subject to availability.
