1.Bookings

All classes and private sessions must be booked in advance through our website, mobile app, or in person at the studio.

Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received.

You must create an account with accurate contact and billing information to book.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Group Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee or loss of credit.

Private Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in an extra fee.

Rescheduling is allowed within the cancellation window and subject to availability.
3. Attendance & Punctuality

Please arrive 10 minutes before class to allow for check-in and setup.

Late arrivals may not be permitted to join class once it has started, for safety and disruption reasons.

If you are a new client, you must complete an introductory session before joining certain class levels.
4. Packages & Memberships

Class packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Expiration dates vary by package and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Memberships may be paused or extended only under specific conditions (e.g., medical, travel), with proper documentation and advance notice.
5. Health & Safety

You must disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before participating in class.

M’HAYITY Pilates reserves the right to decline participation if a client’s condition poses a risk to their health or the safety of others.

Clients must follow all studio policies, instructor directions, and equipment guidelines.
6. Studio Etiquette

Please wear clean grip socks and appropriate workout attire.

Phones must be silenced and stored away during class.

Respectful and supportive behavior is expected of all clients and staff.
7. Liability Waiver
By attending classes or sessions, you acknowledge that Pilates involves physical activity and assume full responsibility for any risk of injury. M’HAYITY Pilates and its instructors shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where due to negligence.
8. Changes & Cancellations by M’HAYITY

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes, change instructors, or modify the class schedule at any time.

Clients will be notified of changes and offered an alternative or credit where applicable.
9. Photography & Media
From time to time, we may photograph or record sessions for marketing purposes. You will be asked for consent beforehand. Please inform us if you prefer not to be included.
10. Contact & Support
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
